Apprentice Connect

Apprentice Connect is a service from Catalyst Careers designed to provide a structured apprenticeship matching and shortlisting process, connecting aspiring apprentices with employers recruiting within their chosen apprenticeship sector.

Candidates make one application for one apprenticeship type and choose the employers they would like to work with. Participating employers receive structured shortlists of candidates who chose them, together with information to support a fair and well-informed recruitment decision.

The process is deliberately transparent about what it is and is not. It is not a jobs board, it does not guarantee an apprenticeship, and matching is deterministic and administrator-controlled rather than automated by artificial intelligence.
